Day #18 - DINNER MENUS....PLEASE
Everyone brings a dish! We've got honey baked ham, potatoes, casseroles, bread, etc. I've save the pull out card for a photo of the real thing!
You just might make someone's day. Old Maid Cards and Uno are also perfect options. I have many such items on the front of my fridge and I have always struggled with powerful magnets that didn't take up too much space.
To start this first belly fat burning dumbbell exercise, hold a pair of light dumbbells with palms facing down and get down into the pushup position. Place your hands resolutely on the ground next to you. Strength and physical fitness can help improve your skills as a field hockey player.
